Beginning the 1st April 2009, SFM celebrated a comedy week, which lasted till 4th April. Callers called in to tell their jokes and make SFM listeners laugh, and also a Comedy King was selected at the end of the week. Listeners had a chance to fool their friends with the help of our RJs. The comedy week terminated with a fun OB activity at Chitramala Apartments, Jayanagar. The residents of the apartments, young and the old, gathered at the community hall to have some fun with our RJs Manish and Kavitha.
Man is a social being and community living brings out the best and worst of each of them. Manish spoke to the participants of Chitramala Apartments and brought out some fun moments while asking them how well they know their neighbours, what the kids liked best about them and other such memorable moments.
Kids had a wonderful time, singing and dancing and also mimicking their neighbours and teachers, surprising even their elders (all in good humour of course!). Active kids came up to tell some jokes to the listeners of Bengaluru through SFM. There were also some wannabe RJs who enacted SFM RJs and gave out links as well. All these while winning gift hampers from Superhits 93.5 SFM.
